ANJEKA-6402 is a modified polyurethane copolymer solution with acidic groups, which is a dispersant for solvent-borne medium/low polarity resin system coatings and ink systems, and is used for the dispersion of inorganic and organic pigments.

Please stir well before use, delamination or turbidity may occur when the temperature is lower than 0℃, heat to 30℃-40℃ and stir well.
Storage time is not recommended to exceed 12 months.
The product has a certain acid value, which may catalyze the cross-linking of the baking paint system. The adaptability of the paint system during storage should be checked.

Properties and Advantages.
The additive unflocates and stabilizes the pigments by means of spatial resistance. Due to the small size of the deflocculated pigment particles, multicolor systems are free of color float and bloom. This increases the gloss, color strength, transparency and hiding power of the coating. The additive reduces viscosity, thus improving flow and increasing the amount of pigment added. When used for electrostatic high-speed spin-cup application of inorganic pigments, it significantly reduces haze.
This additive is recommended for stabilizing inorganic pigments, especially titanium dioxide, in solvent-borne and solvent-free coatings as well as in printing inks. Due to its anionic character it is ideal for acid-catalyzed systems (e.g. coil coatings).

The above data are empirical and the optimum amount should be determined through a series of tests.
For optimum performance, add the additives to the abrasive before adding the pigments.
