GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Anjeka-6062B is suitable for solvent-based and solvent-free systems. It offers excellent dispersion performance and broad compatibility with various systems, and is highly recommended for universal concentrated pigment paste dispersion applications.

STORAGE AND TRANSPORT
Store in a cool, dry place. Mix thoroughly before use. Below 0°C, layering or cloudiness may occur; heat to 20°C and mix thoroughly.
Shelf life is not recommended to exceed 12 months.

Features and Benefits:
This additive deflocculates pigments through steric hindrance. Due to the very small particle size of the deflocculated pigments, high gloss can be achieved, along with improved color strength. In addition, the transparency of transparent pigments and the hiding power of opaque pigments are enhanced. The reduced viscosity improves flow properties and allows higher pigment loading in color pastes.

Anjeka-6062B shows good compatibility with alkyd resins, cellulose, chlorinated rubber, epoxy, polyurethane, polyester, and acrylate systems.

RECOMMENDED LEVELS
The following addition levels are based on the ratio of dispersant solids to pigment:

Inorganic pigments: 5%–10%
Titanium dioxide: 1%–3%
Organic pigments: 10%–35%
Carbon black: 15%–75%

The above are empirical values; the optimal dosage should be determined through a series of experiments.
