STORAGE, HANDLING & SHELF LIFE
Storage Conditions: Store in a cool, dry environment.
Handling Note: The product may exhibit stratification or cloudiness if exposed to temperatures below 0°C. If this occurs, gently warm the material to approximately 20°C and ensure it is mixed thoroughly until homogeneous before use.
Recommended Shelf Life: For optimal performance, use within 12 months from the date of receipt.

This additive achieves optimal pigment dispersion primarily through steric hindrance, effectively breaking down pigment agglomerates. This mechanism delivers a suite of enhanced coating properties:
Optical Excellence: Enables higher gloss development and increased color strength due to reduced primary particle size. It simultaneously improves the transparency of transparent pigments and the hiding power of opaque pigments.
Improved Rheology & Efficiency: Lowers system viscosity, leading to better flow and leveling. This allows for a higher pigment loading in color pastes, enhancing production efficiency.
Enhanced Stability: Promotes long-term suspension stability, minimizing settling and ensuring consistent performance over time.
APPLICATION SECTORS
Anjeka-6610 is primarily recommended for formulating aqueous disperse dye inkjet inks. Additionally, it is highly effective for producing stabilized, resin-free pigment concentrates used in waterborne industrial and decorative coatings, effectively preventing issues such as color floating and speckling.
RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
The following addition levels are based on the ratio of dispersant solid content to pigment:
Dispersed Dyes: 30% - 50%
Organic Pigments: 10% - 35%
Carbon Black: 15% - 75%
Inorganic Pigments (General): 5% - 10%
Titanium Dioxide: 1% - 3%
Note: The above figures serve as empirical starting points. The optimal dosage for a specific formulation must be determined through systematic laboratory testing, accounting for pigment type, surface area, and total system composition.
