STORAGE AND TRANSPORT
Store in a cool, well-ventilated area. Keep containers tightly closed and away from heat and open flame. Storage temperature should be between 5°C and 40°C. The recommended maximum storage time is 12 months.
APPLICATION Features and Benefits: Anjeka-4350 enhances the orientation of metallic pigments such as aluminum and pearlescent pigments. It effectively improves the flop effect in metallic coatings and prevents mottling of effect pigments. It also helps slow down pigment settling in containers.
APPLICATION SECTORS
Anjeka-4350 is recommended for use in water-based metallic basecoats and single-layer metallic topcoats.
RECOMMENDED LEVELS Addition level (as supplied): 5–10% based on the total formulation. Note: The recommended dosage is for reference only. Optimal levels should be determined through a series of tests.
INCORPORATION AND PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS Anjeka-4350 should be added after the effect pigments under low shear conditions. It does not require prior dilution with water. It is recommended to adjust the pH to 9–9.5 before adding Anjeka-4350.
